Humorous You say Hummus I say Humous or do I?

Prepare 24 hours ahead
serves 4
Equipment:
Food processor

Ingredients:
400g (14oz) large cab if chick peas (garbanzos) drained
1 onion finely chopped
1 garlic clove chopped
150ml | 0.25pt &0124; 2/3 cup plain yoghurt
10 ml | 2 tsp lemon juice
15ml | 1 tbsp olive oil
2.5ml | 0.5 tsp round cumin
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

How to:
Chop onion and garlic in food processor. Add chick peas and blend until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients, seasoning to taste. Turn into a bowl (ha ha), cover and chill overnight. Serve with pitta bread, carrot sticks, celery sticks, bread sticks and wine or beer. Yum
